Follow A367 out of Bath signposted Exeter. At double roundabout at bottom of Radstock hill, take right turn towards Midsomer Norton. When you reach a mini roundabout, turn left into the High Street (one-way). Half way down turn left signposted to the Sports Centre and St Chads (there is a newsagent Martins on the corner). The second turning on the left is Gullock Tyning. The surgery is at the bottom of this road on the left.

Leave M4 at Junction 18 at roundabout at end of the slip road take A46 for Bath. At next roundabout turn right on to A420 for Bristol. Take first left signposted Hamswell and Bath Racecourse. Forward narrow lane takes you up hill and down dale. At T-Junction turn left, you will pass racecourse on your right and pub calld Blaythwaite Arms. Just past pub prepare to turn right signposted Weston. Bottom of steep hill roundabout, take first exit passing some shops on the right. Pass over zebra crossing the immediate right signposted Bristol. At T-Junction turn left then after approx 500yds turn sharp rght down a steep hill. T-Junction turn right on to A4 - over a bridge, keep to centre lane to turn right at traffic lights. Forward on short stretch of dual carriageway, stay in left hand lane. At roundabout take first exit left, up a steep hill passing The Globe Pub on your right. Follow this road and take 3rd left turn at top of second hill, opposite Haycombe Cemetery and Crematorium. This road if The Hollow. Continue to mini-roundabout, you'll see the beehive straight ahead on the right.

Take the London Road out of Bath. Turn off to Bathford - follow the road towards Bradford on Avon which goes up through 'Sally in the Woods'. Stay on this road, you will go past The Fox and Hounds Pub on the right hand side. After a while you will go past the entrance to Cumberwell Park Golf Club on your left. Continue on this road, there are several tight bends - you wll then come to a fork in the road, take the right hand fork, continue on this road. Go straight across the next mini roundabout. At the next roundabout (with the Castle Pub in front of you) go straight across and down the hill which will take yo down into the centre of Bradford on Avon. When you reach the junction at the bottom of the hill, take a right, go over the bridge and follow the road around. Ignore the first turning on the right (into St Margarets Hall car park). Take the next turning right into the Station Carp Park. You will see a single storey building on your right - this is the Health Centre. There is ample car parking in the area to the front of the Centre (pay and display).

From junction 18 of the M4 follow signs to Bath Take the turning left off the dual carriageway signposted to Bath, then take the third exit on the roundabout (to Bath). Once on the A4 (London Road), turn left at the traffic lights (signposted to Warminster). At the roundabout, turn right into Sydney Place. Take second right into Great Pulteney Street. The Surgery is on the right. There are some 2 hour parking areas in the vicinity.

Junction 18 for Bath on Motorway follow A46 towards Bath continue on this road but do not take turning for Bath. Follow signs for Bradford on Avon at large roundabout at end of dual carriage way. Continue on road into Bradford on Avon and take the A363 towards Trowbridge. Follow this road till you get to large roundabout with a Church on it and follow the road around to the town centre on the right. Do not go into centre follow road and pass railway station on your right. Continue straight over next round about into one way system and then take the right hand lane B3106 towards the hospital, do not follow one way system to the right. Continue on this road passing Sainsbury's on your right and further on Hospital on your left. A little further on you will then see on your left Adcroft surgery. There is a car park in front of the surgery but you may find that it is full and may have to find a side road to park in.
